✅ Your mission in marketing:

‍

• Du writes meaningful job advertisements for our marketing channels, with special Focus on classified ads, but also for Facebook, Indeed and other job boards
• Du Post, analyze, and optimize job advertisements for our various platforms and work closely with the recruiting team
• You create compelling & creative ads with Canva
• You also develop creative ad texts & A/B testingto tailor the approach to different target groups and achieve the best results
• Du testing new channels and platformsto find out which work best for our target groups

✅ What you bring with you:

• You're looking for a Internship with a takeover opportunity full time!
• Previous experience in marketing is welcome - However, studying is not absolutely necessary
• First experiences in writing & posting job advertisements on classified ads are welcome
• You are a team player and have a positive attitude
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
