About the managing directors of Simplejobs

Both managing directors go the extra mile, are passionate about their work and share a common vision for Simplejobs.

Ali

Ali studied general management in Cologne and built up a successful business with 5,000€ of start-up capital from his parents, which has existed since 2020 — completely without investors.

He is a true sales machine that puts just as much passion into the company as it did on the first day. Ali's goal is to revolutionize the world of recruiting. He is a maker and visionary who always has an open ear and is always ready for fun.

Thomas

Thomas has been supporting Simplejobs in the background since 2020 and has opened the doors for us. He studied business administration in Cologne and brings valuable know-how from the start-up scene.

His focus is on People & Culture, and he is characterized by his empathetic, solution-oriented manner and his calmness.

How does my application process work?

Our application process comprises the following steps: You submit your documents. We will review your application carefully. If you are mutually interested, we invite you to an interview. We'll give you feedback and, if necessary, an offer. You have time to reconsider our offer. Welcome to the team!

When will I receive feedback on my application?

We aim to respond within 5-7 working days of receiving your application. Should it take longer, we ask for your understanding. You can check the status of your application at any time.

Which documents are required for my application?

A curriculum vitae is sufficient, we will ask for everything else if required.

How exactly does your onboarding process work?

Our onboarding process is designed to integrate you into our team in the best possible way. Before your first day, you'll receive a welcome pack with all important information. On the first day, you will be greeted by your buddy and shown around the office. In the first week, you will have introductory talks with various departments. Regular check-ins take place over the first few months to discuss your progress.

Your first few days with us are aimed at familiarizing yourself with everything:

Day 1: Welcome, office tour, workplace setup.
Day 2-3: Introduction to our systems and processes.
Day 4-5: First project meetings and team presentations.
End of the first week: feedback session with your manager.
